For the runny nose, nasal congestion and dry nasal bleeding caused by the baby's cold, you can use saline nasal spray to relieve. It does not contain any pharmaceutical ingredients. Proper use can moisturize the nasal mucosa and clean the nasal cavity to relieve nasal discomfort.
Infant physiological seawater nasal spray:
1. Wash your hands with soapy water before use.
2. For children over 6 years old, tilt the head to one side when using. Gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and press for at least 2 seconds.
For babies, it is recommended to place the baby's head side to side, taking care not to lie on its back to prevent liquid from entering the throat. Gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril, press once, and then gently withdraw the nozzle to let the seawater stay in the nasal cavity for a few seconds.
3. Move the head to the other side and repeat the above operation for the other nostril.
4. Hold your head up to let the liquid flow out naturally, wipe your nose, and then wash your hands.
